- Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store your full card details on our own systems
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard website and caching technology.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Schedule, dispatch, and deliver your shipment
- Calculate pricing, process deposits and payments, and generate invoices and receipts
- Communicate with you about your booking, including confirmations, delivery updates, and live location sharing links
- Respond to quote requests and customer inquiries
- Meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations (including GST recordkeeping)
- Improve our website and services
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share personal information with trusted third-party services only as needed to provide our Services, including:

- Invoicing and accounting: Zoho Invoice / Zoho Expense
- Booking and order management: WooCommerce (WordPress)
- Cargo photo storage: a shared Google Drive folder, organized by order number, used internally to document cargo condition
- Live location sharing: a third-party location-sharing service (such as Glympse or Google Maps) used to share driver location with you during an active delivery
- Website hosting and performance: Hostinger and associated caching services
These providers process your information only as necessary to deliver their part of the Service and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site running smoothly (for example, remembering items in your cart during checkout) and to understand basic site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site — such as booking a shipment — may not work properly without them.

We retain booking, invoice, and cargo-photo records for as long as needed to fulfill the shipment, meet our accounting and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes, after which they are deleted or archived in accordance with standard recordkeeping practices.
